FAQ

Frequently asked questions

What does Creative Bay do?

Creative Bay brings specialist teams together for design, print, web, signage, analytics, automation and digital marketing for businesses in Kenya.

Where are you based?

Our office is at Josem Trust House, Masaba Road, Nairobi. We work with businesses across Kenya and beyond, in person or remotely.

How much does a website cost?

It depends on what the website needs to do: the number of pages, features such as booking or online payments, and integrations. Tell us about the project through our quote form and we will send a clear quote.

Which platform do you build on?

Most of our websites and online stores are built on WordPress and WooCommerce, with custom-coded themes and plugins rather than heavy page builders. Where a project needs it, we build custom functionality in PHP and JavaScript.

Can you work on a website someone else built?

Yes. We can review an existing website, then redesign it, fix issues, improve performance and security, or take over maintenance.

Digital solutions that work.

Tell us what you need — a website, an online store, an automation or something else. We'll recommend the right approach and send a clear quote.
